What you need to apply with MyKad
Check the basic details and reduce avoidable delays.

Many private-sector employees receive a regular salary but do not want to search for a payslip or download a bank statement on their phone. The current CreditXpress application does not require either upload. Select your monthly income range truthfully, then let the system assess the application.
Private-sector employees do not need to upload a payslip or bank statement to apply for CreditXpress. Follow the app and select the monthly income range closest to your actual circumstances. Fewer uploads do not mean guaranteed approval; the application result and available amount remain subject to system assessment.
Traditional banks and some loan products may ask applicants to upload several months of payslips, bank statements or employment documents. The current CreditXpress process works differently. Instead of uploading these income documents, you select a monthly income range in the app.
This means you do not have to stop halfway because an electronic payslip is hard to find or your employer uses an unfamiliar payslip format. Follow the prompts and provide accurate information.
No payslip upload does not mean income information is optional. Choose the range closest to your real circumstances so the system can assess the application using accurate information.
A private-sector employee's monthly income may not be identical every month. Retail, manufacturing, service, sales and shift-based roles can include base salary, fixed allowances, overtime pay and commission. Choose the range based on the income you can normally sustain.
This guide explains the selection principle rather than publishing specific in-app brackets. Income options may change with the product flow, so use the choices currently shown in the app.
Although payslip and bank-statement uploads are not required, check that these basic details are accurate:
| Check | What to do |
|---|---|
| MyKad details | Enter your name, identity information and contact details truthfully as requested in the app. |
| Your own bank account | Use an active Malaysian bank account in your own name that can receive funds. |
| Monthly income range | Choose the range closest to your normal, sustainable income without inflating or arbitrarily lowering it. |
| Affordable amount | Before accepting, review the principal, instalment amount, due dates and total repayment. |

Payslips and bank statements are not required uploads in the current CreditXpress flow. Private-sector employees can therefore submit through the normal process without these files.
Being able to submit is different from being approved. The system still assesses the application, and the final result and available amount are those shown in the app. A claim of “100% approval for private-sector employees” or “no assessment” is not credible.
Exaggerated income is not a reliable basis for an application and may lead to repayments that do not fit your budget. Accurate information supports an assessment based on your real circumstances.
If you need a new loan every month to cover the same gap, pause and review the budget first. Read how to avoid falling into a debt cycle before deciding whether this application is suitable.
No payslip or bank-statement upload. Select your income range truthfully; results remain subject to assessment.
